Professor Feng Lu holds the Alan Hudson Chair in Health Policy at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. She earned her Ph.D. from Kellogg School of Management and is a leading scholar in health operations and technology. Her research examines how public policy and innovation impact healthcare efficiency, quality, and equity, with work spanning nursing homes, cardiac care, and AI in health. She is President of the Chinese Economists Society and Associate Editor at several top journals.
