讲座简介：

This paper analyzes a dynamic general equilibrium model featuring input-output linkages, imperfect competition, and external economies of scale with firm entry and exit. We analytically show the interaction between input-output linkages and firm entry and exit augments the amplification of productivity shocks through the elastic labor supply channel additionally. A basic calibration of the dynamic model with capital accumulation shows that output is 30% more volatile in the dynamic production network with cascading failures than without cascading failures.

王彬，暨南大学经济学院副教授，博士毕业于香港城市大学，研究方向为宏观经济学以及政治经济学，研究话题包括生产网络、低利率环境、晋升激励、劳动搜寻匹配等。论文发表于Journal of Comparative Economics, Journal of International Money and Finance, Economics Letters, Economic Modelling, Energy Economics, Pacific Economic Review。
