赵忠秀
经济学教授，博士生导师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。经济学博士（对外经济贸易大学，2000），经济学硕士（中央党校，1991），经济学学士（北京大学，1988）。兼任中国世界经济学会副会长、中国国际贸易学会常务理事、全国国际商务专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员兼秘书长、商务部时评专家、对外经济贸易大学国际低碳经济研究所所长。1997年英国曼彻斯特大学访问学者，2003年美国密歇根州立大学访问学者。2007年获得北京市高等学校教学名师奖，2010年获得北京市先进工作者称号。2006年2月至2011年7月任国际经济贸易学院院长；2011年5月起任对外经济贸易大学党委常委、副校长；2018年11月，任山东财经大学党委副书记、校长。
